Well done, Greg! Your delivered a nice, well-balanced message.
ReplyDeleteGreg,
ReplyDeleteI liked the specifics that you mentioned such as Sales program that helped to achieve more Sales and Enginnering's innovation efforts etc. As these are long term efforts and typically results are seen after few months, I think it was important to sum up in quarterly report. It looks like an update on long term strategy.
I like the cool background and the keywords. It was just a nice touch to make it more creative and personal.
ReplyDeleteVery well presented Greg. I can hear the changes in your tone of voice and was able to follow your presentation easily.
ReplyDeleteLove the graphics! The picture certainly conveyed that we worked hard and achieved something great. During your audio my eyes kept going back to the words on the screen, reinforcing your words. Nice job.
ReplyDeleteGreg-
ReplyDeleteAppreciated your opening comments prior to the video presentation.
I also liked the graphics that you show will speaking!
Your voice and message were very clear!
Great Job!
I like how you acknowledged that process improvement initiatives are difficult, but worth the time and energy by the increased profits at the end of the quarter. It will energize the workforce and keep the improvements operational.
ReplyDeleteGreg,
ReplyDeleteThis was a very well balanced presentation. By means of your dictation, I can tell that you are confident in the abilities of your employees and the future success of your company as well. This is important for employees to be made aware of. Additionally, I also like how you provided your employees with a brief introduction rather than just saying “click here to view our quarterly results”. With that said, your efforts made your message more personal and as an audience member (employee) I felt valued by the company.
Greg, this was a solid message and a good recording. It felt a little like you were reading it, maybe a little too melodramatic. If your workplace is familiar enough to use people's names instead of department names, I would encourage it. Nice job all around.
